TS12: How to manually install an upgrade patch

This information is for TS12 only. 

The latest patches are available at: http://www.auran.com/servicepacks/

Please make sure that the first number in the filename relates to your current Trainz build version, whilst the second number being the version you would like to patch to.

Patches must be loaded in the correct ascending order.
