As per the Trainz Store Refund Policy no refunds will be given on digital download software. Boxed software is eligible for refund for 45 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, otherwise you may only be eligible for a partial refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
